Under the direction of the Area Retail Director responsible for maintaining assigned store. Major duties include supervision of inventory and stock rotations, promoting merchandise, personnel, administration, LP, security and operational procedures, and generating revenue and controlling expense budget. Display ability to train and motivate. Display work habits of regular attendance, punctuality, teamwork, initiative, willingness to learn, dependability and promptness. Give excellent customer service and drive the store to success!

Applicants must be flexible to work various shifts during the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Mon-Sat and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sundays.
Experience and Education
High School education or equivalent is required. A minimum of three (3) years retail and two (2) year supervisory experience. Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
