Retail-Production Asst Manager-Oviedo

Summary:

The Production Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of Textile, Hard Goods, and New Goods production. Major duties include meeting production quotas, research incoming items, supervise and monitor facility donation site.

  • Notify fellow leaders of any associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Work Hours: Applicants must be flexible to work various shifts during the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Mon-Sat and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sundays.
  • Experience and Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. A minimum of six months stable retail experience preferred but not necessary. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
